When Research Changes the Way a System Observes
D-ND research connects Paper Zero, the Paper Uno direction and scientific Lab cycles where evidence can change research.
D-ND investigates the relationship between possibility, observation and resultant. The question used to observe can change too.
The D-ND model describes a relational movement involving possibility, the emergence of a resultant and the role of the observer. It investigates how generative relational logic can become a way of observing and working from within the actual field, with alignment understood by the author as a consequence of a coherent resultant. Scientific work develops partial representations, analyses and tools while keeping the source distinct from what a particular formal domain can demonstrate.
Paper Zero is a public mathematical representation of part of the model. The revised edition dated 28 October 2026 studies a rational recurrence and an irrational attracting projective direction.
Paper Uno is the direction of research determined by its author. Scientific contributions and papers may emerge along this trajectory. No particular manuscript called Paper One has been selected, and the authorial direction is not reduced to an unproved scientific formula.
Research in the physics Lab
The D-ND Lab was built to explore scientific problems through cycles capable of forming their own questions, using instruments and preserving the results of their work.
In a public cycle from 16 May 2026, a possible physical boundary signature was also reproduced by a control. The candidate remained a research constraint. A separate observation of the experimental process recognised that the control could have entered earlier in the investigation.
This distinction makes one function of research visible: understanding both a result and how that result changes the next question.
Representation and understanding
A representation may preserve one property while missing another distinction. Several locally coherent checks can still leave open the coherence of the whole. Studying this relationship requires identifying the source, assumption and conditions of each step, and distinguishing an observed property from a criterion imposed before the experiment.
The MAIOS system and public D-ND_LAB engine also develop the tools and operating capabilities needed to continue this work. Each has its own evidence, role and use conditions.
