Who Is Behind D-ND

A concise orientation to who maintains D-ND and where to begin across the portfolio, AI Lab, Seed and operational applications.

My name is Graziano Guiducci. I work on the D-ND project and follow its transformation from observation into an operating system: model, THIA, Seed, Lab, papers, interfaces and applications.

What takes shape here

D-ND does not begin as a page to display or as a theory to explain. It takes shape as a way of reading the passage between observation, structure and application.

From this work emerge THIA, the Seed, the Labs, the papers and the public surfaces made visible by the site.

The point is not to show everything. The point is to make readable what happens when a system crosses state changes, preserves a direction and turns what holds into a new operational form.

What I do

I work at the frontier between logic, perception, cognitive systems and AI.

When a point holds, I translate it into structure: installable tools, operational memory, workflows, AI architectures, research, interfaces and forms of continuity that do not restart from zero every time.

The work concerns systems that expose state and evidence, distinguish verified material from inference, preserve useful errors, block premature promotion and turn stable procedures into reusable tools.

How the system works

The site and public surfaces are not a corpus written once and left static. They are part of a human-directed AI-native workflow: THIA, Siteman, Codex and dedicated skills help turn notes, checks, corrections and decisions into pages, procedures and operational memory.

This does not replace human responsibility for the project. It does make part of the method visible: the system preserves state, returns after interruptions, updates what it learns and leaves verifiable traces of important transitions.

Who this helps

People building systems.

People doing research.

AI-native teams, technical partners, companies and professionals who need to orient themselves inside complex processes, not just add another AI tool.

Anyone who feels that change is not real until it changes how a system observes, decides, remembers and returns to work.

Operational boundaries

This page does not contain the whole system and does not replace the Lab, Seed, portfolio or papers.

It is an orientation point: who maintains D-ND, which surfaces are active, where to start, and how to read the work through operational boundaries.

The deeper model remains in the technical materials; here it is translated into continuity, evidence, interfaces, applications and verifiable workflows.
